MICHAEL MESSER & CHAZ JANKEL’S DANCE OF LIFE

Michael Messer – vokal i slide gitara – Johnny Cash bio je obožavatelj Michael Messerove glazbe i napisao je bilješke uz album “Rhythm Oil”, rijetka počast koju dijeli samo s Bobom Dylanom i Krisom Kristoffersonom. Tijekom svoje 45‑godišnje karijere Messerova glazba ostala je osobita i suvremena. Chaz Jankel – gitara i prateći vokali – Chaz je suautor mnogih hitova s Ianom Duryjem & The Blockheads, uključujući “Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll”, “Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick”, “Reasons To Be Cheerful Part 3” i “Clever Trevor”. Billy Fuller – bas i prateći vokali – Billy je bio Robert Plantov basist 17 godina, te je uz opsežna turnejska iskustva suautor i snimatelj triju albuma s Robertom Plantom. Billy je također surađivao s Alickom Keys, Portishead, Massive Attack, Kula Shaker, Baxter Dury, Beak, Billy Nomates i drugima.

Clive Deamer – bubnjevi i prateći vokali – Clive je posljednjih 11 godina svirao s Radioheadom. Clive je svirao s Robertom Plantom 6 godina i godinama s Portisheadom. Osim toga, Clive je surađivao s Jeffom Beckom, Alison Moyet, Dr. Johnom, Roni Sizeom i drugima.

Michael Messer – vocals & slide guitar – Johnny Cash was a fan of Michael Messer’s music and wrote the liner notes for his album “Rhythm Oil”, a rare honour shared only with Bob Dylan and Kris Kristofferson. Throughout his 45 year career Michael’s music has remained individual and contemporary. Having released ten albums and won awards for his music, Michael’s worldwide reputation as a songwriter, innovator, and master of slide guitar, are well known.

Chaz Jankel – guitar & backing vocals – Chaz co-wrote many hit songs with Ian Dury & the Blockheads, including, “Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll”, “Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick”, “Reasons To Be Cheerful Part 3” and “Clever Trevor”. Chaz also wrote “Ai No Corrida” for Quincy Jones, and has written film scores that include, “D.O.A”, “The Rachel Papers”, “Making Mr Right” and “Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll”, which earned him a BAFTA nomination.

Billy Fuller – bass & backing vocals – Billy was Robert Plant’s bass player for 17 years and as well as extensive touring, he co-wrote and recorded three albums with Robert Plant. Billy has also worked with Alicia Keys, Portishead, Massive Attack, Kula Shaker, Baxter Dury, Beak, Billy Nomates and others. 

Clive Deamer – drums & backing vocals – Clive has spent the past 11 years playing with Radiohead. Clive played with Robert Plant for 6 years and also played for many years with Portishead. In addition, Clive has worked with Jeff Beck, Alison Moyet, Dr John, Roni Size and more.
